Frequently asked questions
Do Indian passport holders need a visa?
Yes, two separate visas. A Schengen visa for Switzerland and France and a UK Standard Visitor visa for England. Both fees and processing support are included in the package. Apply at least 45 days before departure as UK visa appointments can be slow.
What is the weather like in May and June?
Late spring to early summer with daytime temperatures of 14 to 22 degrees across all three cities. Mt Titlis is below zero year-round. Pack layers, a heavy jacket for the snow day, and a compact umbrella for occasional showers.
Are vegetarian and Jain meals available?
Yes. All dinners on the tour are at Indian restaurants and most offer Jain options on prior request. London's Wembley area in particular has excellent Jain restaurants.
Is there a minimum or maximum age?
All ages welcome. Travellers above 75 are requested to share a fitness declaration. The Mt Titlis cable cars are fully enclosed and family-friendly.
How fit do I need to be?
Moderate. Expect 5 to 7 kilometres of walking per day on cobbled streets, several short staircases at attractions, and quick boarding times at train stations.
What should I pack?
Layered clothing, a heavy jacket and gloves for Mt Titlis, a compact umbrella, comfortable walking shoes already broken in, a power adapter for UK, European, and Swiss sockets, and any personal medication.
Can I extend the trip on my own?
Yes. We can issue your return from a different city and add land-only nights in Edinburgh, Amsterdam, or Rome. Speak to our consultant at the time of booking.
